  1. Every image gets alt text — on the website, both platforms, and in emails.
  2. Every post and email points to the show page. Facebook: link in caption. Instagram: link in bio or Story sticker.
  3. Tag the artist's accounts and use the show hashtag set.
  4. Reception posts and emails always include accessibility and parking info.
  5. Get consent before posting identifiable photos of attendees.
  6. Same show title formatting everywhere — site, socials, email, print.
